Our Booking Policies

Please read each category carefuly.

  • Deposits

    A deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. It is credited towards your service total. All appointments will be confirmed after the deposit has been paid. When the deposit is made please know that the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE (cannot be refunded if the appointment is cancelled) & NON TRANSFERABLE (cannot be transferred to another appointment)


    A 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee is applied to all payments made with credit/debit cards, electronic invoices, or PayPal. The retainer fee is paid remotely from your location. For the retainer fee, I issue an electronic payment invoice to your e-mail address where the client may pay with the convenience of their credit/debit card, quickly and securely.

  • contract

    To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a retainer is due at the time of signing. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and retainer are received. Your retainer will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to;

  • Cancellations

    If for any reason you must cancel or you do not show up for your appointment your deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be used towards another booking in the future. The deposit is only refundable if I am unable to complete the appointment. NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the service fee

  • Travel Fees

    I charge a travel fee for every appointment I go to. There is not a set amount, the fee is solely based on your location. When booking your appointment please provide your address or zip code so I can give you an accurate price for travel.


    A late fee of $20 will be added to your service if client is more than 15min late to scheduled appointment. No exclusion please be considerate and respectful of the artist time. If client is more than 15 minutes late the appointment time will be canceled

  • guest policy

    No additional persons are permitted to attend your appointment with you if they are not being serviced. If you must for any reason please seek permission with at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. I reserve all rights to cancel an appointment if you arrive with a someone that is not being serviced.
